PMDG 747-400X engines 1&2 shut down when I idle.

Good evening PMDG captains-

 

I have been having an issue lately where when I am taxiing out or in, my engines, only number 1 & 2, will shut down then restart when I bring the power back to idle...this is a real issue when I am taxiing, it will send my airplane flying to the left needing a ton of rudder input to correct.  No idea what is causing it and would like to know if you have any ideas.
