Rex install

Hi took advaantage of the Rex 50% off  sale,purchased Rex Ess plus overdrive from Just Flight I just love thier points system,downloaded the program with IDM all fine,unzipped with 7-zip file manager,this file will simply not install into win7 64 bit,I click on run as admin programe starts then just stop,s,I have downloaded the program several time using pale moon and IE,have turned all security programs off comodo etc,have closed down UAC,but this program will not run,no install screen appears,I have been used Rex ess plus but uninstalled before trying to install my new purchase,I have Rex 4 texture and Rex soft clouds installed and working fine all fine,any ideas what to do while i wait for an answer from just flight,seems like the just flight file must be corrupted
