I can't find in the manual whos duty it is to turn these off after takeoff? Because my FO doesn't turn them off

The FO/PM will turn them off during the "Ten Checks".  Don't forget to speak "Ten Checks" after the FO says: "Altimeters" passing 10,000 feet.

I done that bryan he performed his flow but didn't turn off the runway turn off lights

confirmed . My lazy Copilot won´t turn them off either.

Same here. The other direction works. During descent the ten check "motivates" the FO to turn this lights on.

Codewise they should go off.

 

I'll take a 2nd look and fix it since it seems like real bug.
