Runway turnoff lights SOP3 after takeoff

I can't find in the manual whos duty it is to turn these off after takeoff? Because my FO doesn't turn them off

The FO/PM will turn them off during the "Ten Checks".  Don't forget to speak "Ten Checks" after the FO says: "Altimeters" passing 10,000 feet.

I done that bryan he performed his flow but didn't turn off the runway turn off lights

Same here. The other direction works. During descent the ten check "motivates" the FO to turn this lights on.
