Any news of Nvidia official support for P3D and SLI?

Recommended Posts

I'm slightly lost in all those numerous topics regarding SLI, Nvidia and LM. Cannot say whether it's beta, aplha, official or not. Were drivers quietly released on ther're still in beta phase.

Thanks

The P3D SLI drivers were released two versions ago. They are not perfect - some people have some light artifacts and some, like myself, do not. But the SLI works just fine. IIRC 347.88 was NOT SLI compat and the next one 352.xx was the first. Current 353.06 is.

Just wondering if you have the latest drivers installed do you have to change or activate something on the N control panel for it to work.  My card is a funny one, gtx 690 4 gig sli card 2+2.  I could never figure out weather a sli driver is beneficial for me or just the old drivers is just as good.   Does any of that make sense

Hi Elaine - not sure how the dual card works but IAC you need to go into the NV control panel and activate SLI. Just for checking, also activate the SLI indicator - it's in one of the menu dropdowns.  If SLI is working you will see a green vertical bar on the eft of your screen, it will rise and fall according to your SLI usage.

Have fun!

SLI works beautifully with my two GTX980.

First, with 8xMSAA in NI, I had big problems with lightning.

Now I have changed with 8xCSAA and disappeared.
