Does the 777 FSX:SE page in the OC have a purchase button on it?

Initially i have both FSX:MS and FSX:SE installed. After having the livery menu issue, I decided to uninstalled FSX:MS hoping it will fix the issue. But unfortunately it doesn't help. I even use the registry mechanics from pmdg. That didn't worked too. Is there any other solutions for this?

many thanks

Did you run that tool as an administrator? The log shows that it's not finding a registry value for it, which means that your registry is messed up. The tool will fix this (that's what it's made for), but only if run as an administrator. Right click, run as admin.

Hi Kyle,

Yes I did run under administrator mode. Unfortunately problem remained. Do I have to totally uninstall FSX:SE and re-install back again?

Probably not.  Notice how attempting to fix it by uninstalling MSFS failed?  Reinstalling with registry errors can create more problems.  You should have an open trouble ticket with PMDG product support, if not please open one.  They will be able to guide you through the steps required to solved you problem.
