Haven't received my activation key

Hi guys,

 

I bought RC 24 hours ago and right royally messed up the activation process.  I got it wrong twice!  I'm not sure if messing it up once means I won't get the automated key.  Anyway I'm sure I got it right third time but didn't get a response.  I emailed jd@jdtllc.com yesterday after looking at the help topic above but not heard anything yet.

 

Do I just have to wait for a response, can anyone help me on here?

Did you send the details in exactly the right format, if you did then it should go through automatically.
