FMS will not load?

Hi All, I bought the s550 and Navigraph addon and when i turn the FMS on it says LOADING DATA BASE and never changes from that.. Ive sat for 20 mins and it still doesnt change. I can turn it off and back on but it says the same. No other buttons on the FMS respond

Yeh good luck fixing it through Carenardo.Its been 2 month and I still have not a fix from them .NEVER AGAIN will I buy a Carenardo product

Same problem...I have un-installed and re-install the Phenom 300 3 times as "they" suggested...When I attempt to upgrade the Navigraph database for AIRAC 1707 it's at 12% after 1 hour...no problems with other brands including the famous PMDG....This is IT! No more aircraft purchases from several companies including "Carenado"...

I was able to fix this problem by changing permissions of the Navigraph folder that Carenado installs.
