Standard flight planner settings

Recommended Posts

 Hi -

In the FSX menu, is the flight planner settings relevant for the PMDG 747-400? If that is the case, must i always choose IFR-rules in the flight plan type?

Not really. In fact, I wouldn't even trust it to plan a flight in a Cessna.

Better flight plans can be found on sites like FlightAware.com

You should, as an IFR clearance is required to fly in Class A airspace (above FL180 in the United States).
