is there any joystick that could be used for X-Plane as well also for Project Cars etc.?

Any console controller will do the job for both but I invested into Saitek X52 (for flying) and a Logitech G27 (For ProjectCars, Assetto Corsa, Dirt Rally, etc) and I'm so glad I did. The flying aspect is really nice and there's absolutely no comparison between a controller and a wheel for racing. That said, I did use the Xbox 360 controller for racing at least and it worked just fine.

I use my X-52 Pro for Project Cars and it works fine...
