tower view pan

I'm trying to figure out how to setup panning tower view.

 

I have a ch yoke with fsuipc assigned to the yoke.  Pan and zoom works aok with the hat switch in virtual cockpit

 

When I go into tower view, I can zoom in and out, but the hat switch to pan does not work.  I tried default aircraft and some third party aircraft.  I also tried mouse look, but nothing happens in either VC or tower view.  I tried the keyboard commands to move around, shift-arrows, but those did not work either.

 

 

 

 


should of kept searching...note there's correct view option a bit further down...
