Forum layout changed removing many useful features that are now nowhere to be found?

We are in Performance Mode as something is hurting the sites performance.  It's a temporary glitch.

Should be working now. We have one last thing to do, hopefully this weekend, to finish the upgrades. We are now functioning on the SAN, but one of the servers needs some on site tweaking. In the meantime, we may need to temporarily enable performance mode as needed which turns off some non essential features in favor of performance.
