August 11, 201510 yr Hey folks, this is a flight I did last week... from Nagoya to Memanbetsu, a little airport in Hokkaido. They don't use 777s for this flight... but hey, this is Flight Simulator, am I right? Hope you guys like it and sorry if the topic is kinda heavy. Taxi to runway 18... Flight controls check. After take-off... there's RJGG! Climbing to FL410. ...just great work from ASN. A sea of clouds... ...with the hills becoming little "islands". Cruising... Flying high. Sado Island. Descent in late afternoon... On final approach, applying flaps as we slow down the aircraft... ...with a nice sunset. Final approach: time to stop hitting the "v" key and concentrate in the imminent landing... Aircraft is in one piece... yeah, it was a good landing, I guess... Right after shutting down the engines... Welcome to Memanbetsu! That's it. Thanks for viewing! Gabriel J. T. Rodrigues My mods in the library My photography (site updated!) August 12, 201510 yr Author Looks great Gabriel! I fly the 777 everywhere as well. No runways are off limits, well unless they're too short Thank you! I just look at the size of the terminal. If it fits a 777, it's a suitable destination. B) That sky is like wow, dusk shots if i'm correct, Fantastic.!!!! Thanks! Yep, dusk shots. Great shots. Which payware airports are those? (Assuming they are payware) Thanks! Nagoya is from Pacific Islands Sim. The Memanbetsu scenery is actually freeware -- got it in flightsim.com. Gabriel J. T. August 12, 201510 yr Author Wow! Love the atmospherics! What mods are you using for the sky textures/HDR? Thank you! I'm using ENB Series and my own sky textures (you can find them following the link in my signature: "My mods in the library"). Beautiful lighting theme on those! HLJAMES Thanks!
