Dubai Departure At Dusk

Departure from Dubai at dusk. FSX SE using DX10 with bloom and Taburet - Night 3D Middle East. I also have Aerosoft Night Environment Dubai, and Taburet is much better imo. FPS is better and the lights sparkle when I use bloom. For some strange reason, Night Environment doesnt sparkle and is not as bright even with the highest level activated

Was this recorded alt 1/2 speed?

Clouds are frame skipping like mad and are clearly not in same FPS territory as the rest.

No, this was recorded with Nvidia Shadowplay. Dont know what  frame skipping is. Might have been the encoding.
