Windows 10, Scroll mouse wheel

Hi,

Since I am using Windows 10, my mouse scroll-wheel will not work inside all aeroplanes from FS9 ! When I scroll in  MENU functions, e.g. help function, Go to airport etc., it will operate well.

I configured the mouse well inside W10 with 1 line @ the time.

Somebody help me !

MOUSE & TOUCHPAD

 

"Contents not active windows slide down when I pointing this"

Turn it OFF !!!
