Thats one of the benefits in a democracy, we are allowed to make choices. Welcome to reality in a few years when time has catched you up and the rest of the word has moved on to WIN12.

Microsoft has clearly stated that Win 10 is the last PC OS from them. BTW, I have Win10 installed. The whole process was like trading in a 2005 car for an identical 2006 model that somebody found in a barn with no miles.

I agree with you, and another problem is the 2006 model possibly doesn't like some of the accessories that were in you 2005,     Main difference I see in W10 is it has that " Should be on a Tablet look , which windows 8 tried to start. Lets face it, most people now, other than for work, are using tablets and smart phones for much of the internet activity. Microsoft is really pushing their Surface Pro 3, which to me is an overpriced tablet. Windows 10 fits right in with that look.  They are going to put Windows 10 on their phones ( which nobody buys) , their Tablets, and  X box . Jack of all trades, master of none.
