Hello,

How can I see what has been updated via Windows Update?

Go to control panel, select "programs", then "programs and features" and on the left panel, you can select "view installed updates". This is for W7, in W8.1 or W10 it might be slightly different, but basically each OS allows to show the installed Windows updates along with their date and time of installation.
