would be nice to have affordable ywg and yyc and smaller airports in the region. Flytampa Montreal and Toronto, fdst Vancouver, but not much else I do not think? the landclass looks great, but flying to default airports gets boring

 

On their forums they say later this year for America OpenLC that is going to be the big one

There is no performance hit for me. I have both Flytampa CYUL and CYYZ and testing with UT2 and the NGX, performance was still good. 20-25fps on the ground and 45+ in the air. Vas was at an acceptable level, but we all know that those 2 flytampa aiports are killers lol

No, but if you want openLC to be the default landclass for Canada you'll want to turn off UTX landclasses in the UTX configuration app.

Ditto.  Except for Squamish, I've flown into Canada once.  I would like to see some reviews from Canadians.  "I like it, hope that doesn't offend anyone...sorry."  "I apologize, but it's really cool." 

I am downloading at the moment. Being 100% Canadian, I cannot wait to see what it looks like from here. Sorry it's taking so long to download. And my apologies I can't tell you right away how great it looks.

Good idea btw. How compatibe UTX2 USA with FTX Global, Vector and OpenLC EU? And their night lighting?

Compatible enough to say I have no issues

 

I wish I could make a dummy intall of UTX2 and take their LC only, I don't really want conflicts with FTX products, Vector in the first place. Not that it is inferior or superior.

 

Would it make sense to get LC for USA this way only instead of waiting too long for FTX's USA LC?
