HELP!

I installed the PMDG 777 From the DISC I bought and this is how it looks. 

 

I re installed and re started MANY MANY Times. I was told that i need to Install the Service Packs from the website. I tried to download it but i wont let me. it kept on telling me to log in again and again and again. 

 

I Dont know what to do. I payed so much money, Is there a way to fix this? The DISC Came with 2 Service Packs. Should i install those? i dont know what to do. PLEASE HELP. http://prntscr.com/88fyug

 

I Might Be exaggerating but i REALLY want to fly this beauty. I was really looking forward to it.

Check in the introduction document for the texture issues. Search for highmemfix and texture issues you may find some good advice for this kind of problem.

 

Also can you load the aircraft in fsx despite the lack of texture in the Fly now window?

What happens then in fsx?

Where is the introduction document located? And in FSX It looks the same.

You can find all the manual in the Operation Center ans also in the PMDG folder in the FSX folder.

Add the line

 

HIGHMEMFIX=1

 

to the [GRAPHICS] section of your fsx.cfg.

 

Also, there's an updated version available for box customers:

Uninstall the box version first, then install the updated download from the Aerosoft link.

Ill Try to install the updated version. And ill look in the Operations center. Ive always Had the HIGHMEMFIX Tweak,

You can only log in if you have an account with us, and the reason it asks people to continuously log in is because they keep logging in and then going back to an external page (Service Updates) without reading the text on that page that tells them to:

Log In > Go to View Previous Orders > Go to your original order > Click on it > Download from that original order page

 

Since you have the DVD version, though, that won't help you. Obtain the update through Aerosoft:
