September 5, 201510 yr Hello Guys, I have today reinstall my FSX because constantly crashing. At first i have my PMDG 737 NGX and PMDG 777 in the fmc unregisted. After this i uninstall all another Addons. After my FSX is now ready for use. I install the pmdg 737 ngx is was no problem. Start my FSX select the airport, weather, time and the pmdg 737 ngx house livery. The Activation Box open and i put in my key from the CD. I have bought the pmdg in the shop near the my house. After i press "Okay" i get an error message this say "Ident..... You have the maximum activation limit read" or so. I would send pmdg an ticket for the license reactivation. I filled out all box except the OderID. I think the orderid this an id to ident this is my product. But i have not found an 5 - 6 digits Number on my PMDG 737 NGX CD. Can samebody say me who i found this orderID? Or gived an another solution for this problem? Thanks. (Sorry for the bad english, i came from germany and english is not my favorite school subject)
September 5, 201510 yr If the NGX is on a CD/DVD, Aerosoft is the publisher no matter where you purchased the CD/DVD. I think in a case like this your would need to contact their Technical Support to get your issue solved. September 5, 201510 yr Author At first thank you! On the CD, this the Aerosoft Logo. Can i contact Aerosoft via E-Mail. Or should i create an Topic in the Support Form German? What is better?

Dieser Meldung ist von PMDG, und müsst bei PMDG lösen werden. Geh nach http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/ und send wir ein Support Ticket mit deiner Activation Code im text. NB - es ist ein Forum Reglung dass du in jeden post dein Name schreiben. Entschuldige bitte - ich verstehe Deutsch viel bessere als ich schreibe. Kyle Rodgers
