P3D 2.5, Tongass in an old Electra

Recommended Posts

I always wanted to have a nice Lockheed Electra, not the L-188, the Casablanca one. So when I got an email today from Just Flight that they have a new one at an introductory price, my credit card started to itch immediately. I had to get it out of my wallet

This is going to be a short hop only from Petersburg to Kake in Tongass to get familiar with this old iron. Although the weather forecast wasn’t too nice for this trip

Do I like it? Hell yes. It’s not a2a quality system-wise, but I didn’t expect that from Just Flight. And for under 20 bucks now it flies wonderful with a deep throaty sound typical for those big radials and it comes with a good looking VC. All in all it’s a nice plane to hover around our ever expanding ORBX world in style
