My PMDG account says it is "locked out" can anyone assist please as I wish to download the desktop manager file for other liveries. Thanks.

Can't really be of much help without a name to search for (signing posts with your first and last name is a forum rule, as well), but it's probably better that you follow the link in my signature, create a support account, and speak with us directly about the issue.
