Good eye. I was wondering who else would notice that. To me it's just a sign how meticulous the (gigantic!) team of programmers were in just about every aspect and detail of the game.

By changing enough details to avoid a lawsuit, probably. And having a suite of their own high priced lawyers to play letter tag with each other.

The shamal looks a lot more like the Lear 45 to me (it even has the same number of windows- 8). I don't know how someone could think it looks like a Gulfstream...
