October 11, 201510 yr FSUIPC needs an updated version for v3 Also, REX do NOT recommend installing Rex Clouds just yet - a v3 patch is due in the next week or so. Problems occur with waves and sun effects, although the clouds should work fine. We have a number of topics on everything you've listed. Please spend a few minutes looking through the first few pages, the search function is very useful, you can find everything you just referred to referred to previously by others, so you don't need to repeat the mistakes. Perhaps the forum operatives might like to offer a headline on the return of the Search function ? Paraphrasing Graham, sometimes I wonder if part of what attracts us to simulators is it satisfies our inherent need to muck stuff up :Shame On You:
December 23, 201510 yr Two weeks as P3D newbie. I only fly PMDG 737/777, use ASN, and have installed FSDT, FlightBeam, and FlyTampa sceneries. Clean install on Windows 10, where I also run FSX SE. Only had one CTD on P3D with about 100 hours of flights. Should be no problem. That is pracially the exact same setup I am aiming for as far as installed software. My FSX computer died today after 8 years so I am finally upgrading with a Jetline system and then going to P3D v3. No FSX SE for me though and will add Taxi2Gate stuff but other than that same. Nice to see it runs all good on W10. Eric

Nice to see it runs all good on W10. This week I found a buyer for my 2010 system, so I went all out with Jetline Systems' newest Gravity GTX. I can't wait for it to arrive. It's going to be P3D only for quite while and the new system should bring out the best of it! April 21, 201610 yr Lol, I ordered a Jetline system the other day. Those guys at Jetline are the nicest bunch of guys I've ever dealt with buying a computer. Same type, Gravity GTX! P3D only for me as well. Not looking forward to installing everything but hopefully the last time for a while. I have a JetMax 737TQ, PFC 737 yoke and rudder pedals and a VRinsight MCP that is going to be a real pain configuring all that as I lost everything in my old computer. Eric
