Bringing the DC-6 out of the Hangar (LSZH - EDDK)

... after I didn't touch her for years. Once being my favourite plane, I later preferred the 727 and Tu-134. Would I still master her? Trying a short Zurich-Cologne hop, perhaps in preparation for more.

 

Btw, it's the wonderful freeware model by Tom Gibson et. al.

I was too busy managing approach and landing, so here are some impressions from parking.

 

 

It was slow, but funny. Will I make it to Alaska, where the DC-6's last "wild-living" relatives do their work?
