FTP Error when trying to download

I am trying to download some liveries for the PMDG NGX and I keep getting an error that says "No data received. ERR_Empty_Response" and in the Details section it says "Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data."

 

I am currently using Google Chrome so I tried using IE and received a dialogue box that says "To log on to this FTP server, type a username and password." I have tried clearing my cookies/cache and it seems to fix the situation temporarily and lets me download one or two files before going back to giving me errors.

 

If any other information is needed please let me know. Thanks for the help.
