FSX-SE results after rebuild

This achieved from a total software rebuild of the computer, running Windows7 home edition on a 3.4Ghz cpu. (not overclocked)

I find myself returning to FSX:SE quite often to experience high frame rates and a stable platform, and to be able to use all of my addons, just a tad disappointed with P3Dv3

Can you tell me the negatives you found using p3dv3? For example if you use Megascenery you are using little autogen and other scenery objects, so your fps and performance is going to be very good no matter the platform.

Beautiful shots!

 

I have been extremely impressed with what DTG has done with FSX. It actually runs how Microsoft was intending (I think). I haven't had a crash on a long haul flight in ages. MS really made me mad when they released FSX 'unfinished'. By the looks of it, another 3-4 weeks, and they could have finished it right...
