Not much information to go on here, Mohit.  Is this a problem that just started or are you just starting to learn the NGX? You didn't even mention if you have fuel so you're asking us to assume a lot and that's not going to result in very helpful information.

well it is a fresh installation. hmmm the plane was fueled up. and everytime seemed fine. short flight kmco to kmia.. that's like 25 mins tops. 22000 ft engine 1 failed then second engine failed.

Do this again, and check all your diplays. Check ENG and SYS on the lower central display (its late and I've fogotton the name of it...EICAS is it?) check for any warnings. Is the master caution light on? When it happens can you still fly the plane manually? Is everything else ok? Can you still change views, lower flaps, turn on/off fuel pumps etc etc

If everythig is normal and you're confident it's not the sim being weird then must be something you have forgotton, thought I can't think what you could forget where the plane works fine from taxi to takeoff then just fails...

Are you using a hardware throttle quadrant with a mixture control axis? Though a mixture control is only normally used with piston engine aircraft, if the axis is active while flying an aircraft with turbine engines, it can cause a sudden engine shutdown if the lever gets bumped or if it generating any control spikes.

This may not be the case in your setup, but it is one thing that can cause this problem.

Same thinking as Jim, I have the fuel cutoff switches controlled by toggle switches on my throttle controller. FSUIPC needs to be involved because PMDG does not recognize controller buttons so the action is converted to key commands by FSUIPC.

If you are using FSUIPC start looking there for any issues.

You haven't provided a full description of the event yet but you have provided a little more, thank you. Has the simulation stopped running? What is working? Do you still have displays and use of FMS and controllability of the aircraft?
