METARs not being updated today

Hello,

 

I've been flying LTFJ-LEBL, running ASN SP3 on FSX Deluxe edition. I noticed that the METARs are stuck on the airports. For example, as of the moment (1311z), the VATSIM METAR for LEBL shows:

 

LEBL 281300Z 28014 240V310 9999 FEW030 21/06 Q1012 NOSIG

 

From the ASN window, I get:

 

LEBL 281304Z 24009KT 9999 SCT015 16/09 Q1012
 
Decoded textual weather for LEBL
 
Wind: 240 at 9 knots 
Visibility: 10+ SM (9999+ m)
Clouds: Scattered at 1500 feet
Temperature: 16,0C
Dewpoint: 9,0C
Precipitation: None reported
Altimeter: 1012 mb (29,88 inches)
 
This station includes complete surface weather information, interpolation disabled.
 
 
 
Original metar of the stations: 
LEBL 280600Z 00000KT 9999 FEW020 16/09 Q1012 NOSIG
 
The bottom line indicates that METAR it was not updated since 0600Z. I usually run ASN with VATSIM Online weather, I've tried running ASN with VATSIM weather on and off, but the METARs are still not being updated. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi,

 

I have these issues since updating to SP3. Even today ASN started downloading new weather data and just froze in that state. As I am still flying I'll have to wait till landing before using task manager to force a shutdown on ASN!

 

Any ideas? Reasonably frustrating I might add.

There are currently no open issues with servers, connectivity or data.  I believe this is unrelated to the original post and the server issue I referred to.

Can you please open a ticket at http://support.hifitechinc.com with a log export?  We'll do our best to identify the problem and get a resolution for you as soon as possible.

Damian, I re-installed the latest update and that seems to have fixed my issues!
