I'd like to know what you mean by blend files?  EGPH has been around for quite a while now, and it's development and release is in line with Gary's other older airports, like Manchester, Glasgow, Gatwick, etc.  Whenever I install UK2000 scenery, I follow the prompts and let it install and finally end with checking off features, but I never noticed anything about installing blend files, unless these are coming from outside the installer.  I have, however, seen an entry in the configs for the airports that allow you to check off whether you have ORBX scenery or not, and that dictated how the UK2000 airports matched, lined up with the ORBX scenery.  Even after install, I would fly out of a particular airport and not noticed any issues with mismatched scenery.

EDIT:  I guess I learned something now.  I went to the forum, where I found a thread dealing with ground textures from ORBX and the photoscenery that Gary used.  Seems there are updates included in the user's account for the airport, so that brings us back to the original question of where they go, if not already included with the updated installer.  Finding a happy medium between the seasonal texturing of ORBX and whatever Gary uses could be an issue for those who want continuity with their visuals.

The thread I am referencing is here:  http://www.uk2000scenery.org/forum/index.php?PHPSESSID=e58764c77c694bccf52430bbc68d78b1&topic=7925.0

These files were in my downloads. Perhaps older ones. Anyway I dropped them in UK2000 Edinburgh Xtreme\texture folder and all looks good. However I think they are from the earlier version, I'll just restore the current textures.

Thanks,

Dirk.

I was on that thread. The blend texture is for the latest version of egph to work with orbx global / Scotland textures. Just drop it into the uk2000 egph scenery folder replacing the original version
