X-Aviation support very slow

Anyone else waiting a week or more for support ticket to be answered? I opened a reactivation ticket more then a week ago. I have sent 2 additional support inquires to ask whats the delay and nothing.

I've always found them to be very responsive tbh, never had any problems with them on that score.

Yes same here,  from my own experience ive always found them to be swift with support or replies.    Pete, this might sound silly but i take it you are contacting them directly through the proper channels?

That's what a support ticket is! Can't get anymore direct then that.

Sending multiple requests will send you to the back of the que.  

 

As per the contact page at X-Aviation....  "Please do not send multiple e-mails or this will delay our response to you!"
