Folks I had ASN connected in a network configuration in accordance with the ASN documentation but after installing an unregistered version of FSUIPC4 ( which I need for running another application) I seem to have lost my ASN connection?  I checked my server simconnect.xml file and note that the <scope> line reads "global" which is correct when using FSUIPC according to the ASN documentation.  Not sure what else may be wrong.  Any help re-establishing my connection, while keeping FSUIPC4, would be very much appreciated.

Thanks!

Possible cause: IP address is not static, but changes each time you boot up. To make sure it has not changed, or to get the new IP address (IPv4 lan...not wireless address) go to ....

* Bring up Command window...type in 'ipconfig' Read the IP address.

* Go to Simconnect on server PC and make sure it is the same one.

If not...

Open Notebook and Simconnect to add new IP address.(Server)

On the Client: Open My Document/Simconnect and update IP address.

I have checked and the IP address match.

Can somebody with FSUIPC4 please share their simmconnect.xml file?  I want to check against mine.  Thanks.
