PMDG737/800 WL paint issue

Hello there i need your help      

 

   its first time painting pmdg aircraft i have seen many videos on how to paint and I did exactly the steps but i have a problem when

putting the texture on the aircraft   i seee the bottom of the aircraft at the right and windows at the bottom and here is the picture                       http://prntscr.com/8zjez5  i need help please

Most likely you are using DDS files.

 

During the process they might have been vertically flipped.

 

When you open a DDS file in your paintingprogram it should show up upside down.

 

I am confident a vertical flip will do the trick.

but still have a small problem the texture dont look that nice as i see it on dxtbmp  when i paint it looks great but when i see it on  the aircraft looks a bit foged

When a paint looks good on the texturesheet and does not show up properly on the aircraft, it might be due to mipmapping.

Try saving the file again without mipmapping.

its max_load1024 on the setting  and what do you mean by mipmaping ??  :smile:

 

mybe because im saving it to targa file and then to DXT5 with DXTbmp    because my invidia pluging on photoshop cant save it and gives me errors.  sould i resolve this error and try saving with Nvidea plug in ??
