Jetways wont attach to Abacus A380 and Airbus Collectors ed

Recommended Posts

I am new to the Forum and have found Jetways wont attach to Abacus A380 and Airbus collectors edition.

They will attach to FSX own aircraft.

I am using UT2.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do they get close?  Sounds like you will need to edit Exit.0 or whichever exit it tries to go to.

Any particular airport or is it all?  Are you parked in a "Heavy" jetway parking spot given to you by Ground Control

when you left the runway?  Keep in mind that all jetways are not animated, speaking of which, do you have "Advanced

Animations" checked in your settings?  Nose wheel planted on the T.

I don't know if it will help but could you post the [Exits] section of one of your A380 aircraft.

It will look something like this:  This was taken from my BAW a380.  Just copy and paste.

[exits]
number_of_exits    = 4
exit.0        = 0.2, 64.84, -11.65, 3.24, 0
exit.1        = 0.2, -49.59, 7.82, -5.34, 1
exit.2        = 0.2
exit.3        = 0.2

Hi Thanks for all the help.

I have tried to copy and paste your info into the aircraft cfg files.

However when I come to save the files I get the message --" you do not have the authority to alter these files contact the administrator"

Any ideas?

Yeah, UAC (Windows Program Files protection) is blocking the change to your aircraft.cfg.  That's what happens

when you install FSX to the default location.  Try copying the aircraft.cfg to your desktop, make the change and then

paste back into your aircraft folder.

What did your [Exits] look like?

Hi,

looked in config

In exits it says number of exits =2

 exit - rate .0 =0.2

exit - rate  .1 =0.2

for some reason it wont cut and paste.

someone suggested trying GSX but no real knowledge of that.
