Is there a limit of entries in an aircraft.cfg file?

Recommended Posts

Good Afternoon,

Does P3Dv3 limit the amount of entries in an aircraft.cfg file?  I have almost 400 entries in my FAIB B737-800WL folder, and half don't seem to come up in UT2.  I checked my numbering order and everything looks in order and in the correct format (no missing brackets or . before the number]

If so, I should be able to make a new folder and copy the model folders, .air file and create a new .cfg file correct?

The ESP does not list any limitations to the [fltsim.n] parameter within the airacft.cfg.  From a programmatic perspective, 400 entries is relatively minute and can be easily read to a string and parsed. It's probably something else. Maybe a variable the limits the amount of aircraft displayed via the GUI?
