ORBX Southern California is in beta testing for P3D.   Does anyone know if they have plans for FSX as well?

Yes, it will be released for FSX, FSX:SE, P3D v1/v2/v3.

All Orbx products are FSX and P3D in one license. There is no P3D exclusive product or license. And SCA is not in beta testing for P3D, it's just in beta testing (for P3D and FSX).

Hope they add more casino's to the Las Vegas area than the default.  So far, I have only seen the default casino's in their preview shots.  Would like to get rid of the Aerosoft Las Vegas.

Holger (the lead developer of Orbx) said on their forum that they will not add any buildings to the default Las Vegas. Doing so would have costed way too much development time as most building have a very unique shape and require a specific 3D model for each. So they will stick to the default buildings. See here:

But given the increased attrativeness of the area once the Orbx region is released, maybe we are lucky and some other developer will do a Las Vegas city scenery...
