DCS World 2 Alpha, options to start the game are greyed out

I just downloaded DCS World 2.0 Alpha, but when I load it up, most of the options to start the game are greyed out. I thought this was suppose to be free to play and if you want to buy additional add-ons such as planes, you could do so later.

 

But how can I start the game?

For DCS World 2.0 you need the NTTR (NEVADA Test and Training Range Map) that you have to pay for.

1.5 & 2.0 will soon be merged, when the debugging is done in 2.0 alpha.

 

DCS World 1.5 is free, with flyable P-51 & Su-25, that is what you should download.

So once DCS 1.5 and 2.0 merge, will we also get the Georgia map and the P-51 for free as well?

Yes, that is correct.

That's handy as my download for 1.5 is non functioning... Simply hangs at the login window.

Try to run "Repair" exe. in your DCS Folder
