Missing entire Speech folder from C:\Windows\System32\ in Win7

I was trying to calibrate my mic to use with FS2Crew, but upon loading Speech Recognition from the control Panel in Windows 7, it says missing file SpeechUX.dll not found, so I did a manual search only to discover that my entire 'speech' folder is missing from C:\Windows\System32\.

 

Can someone please help me or show me how I can fix this to get those folder and files within it back?

You could try and run SFC/Scannow  system file checker, it checks the entire windows system for missing files and attempts to replace them, if you go to this link, it will show you how to run it.
