FSX-Boxed, Steve's DX10 Fixer, ASN, Shade, Custom ships package, UTX (latest), Shockwave lighting, Carenado, and who knows what else, I forgot,(smile)!

 

All FSX scenery sliders max'ed except Water, at the High setting.  Traffic at 25 and Boats  at 15

 

.cfg LOD at 6.5
