About Piper Aztec on Steam

Recommended Posts

Steam selling Piper Aztec, produced by Aeroplane Heavem.
In Steam announcement, they are shown only Aztec external image, not panel images.
Against negative reviews saying that panel does not work properly.
On Facebook Aeroplane Heavem meeting postings not very "friendly" about relationship problems.

Someone who bought the product can give opnion?
Aztec panel images also are welcome.
Finally, someone has an explanation about what happened between Steam, Dovetail and Aeroplane Heaven?
thank you

What do you expect for $9.00??  2 reviews hated it and 2 gave a thumbs up.

Its not the prettiest plane, but its great fun to fly and I find it very functional.

Let me guess.... you want 64bit.

I find only one set of radios, even when using the GPS/radio combo.

This makes some IFR procedures difficult/impossible. Like DME from VOR, but land on localizer.

The manuals states about IFR that all procedures could be flown in full.

Any one else have this problem?

I have this same issue.  Digging into the files, it seems that there is a second set of radios enabled, but no way to display the content.

I wanted to support the idea of basic add ons through Steam, not the exclusivity part, so I bought it, but I regret the purchase only because of the lower than expected quality.  Missing dual radio support is odd and the instruction manual doesn't show how to hide the yokes and throttle quadrant levers--had to dig through the internet for those.

I'm considering enabling a group of shift menu pop-ups for the FSX GPS and a radio stack, but without a second VOR display, it seems pointless.
