I've created a couple of starter videos for the Flight Factor 767. The first covers take-off, the second covers full auto-landing. The videos are based on a short trip from Gatwick to Amsterdam.

Why is the aircraft so disaligned from the rw centerline during that Autoland approach, when there weren't even significative x-winds ?

I think it's how the actual boeing display works - it's not totally centralized. Or rather "I heard".

not the display, the aircraft itself approaches the rw well displaced to the right, and it actually lands o the right half of the rw centering afterwards... and there was no x-wind that I could observe in the ND...

It's quite possible this is the result of a custom scenery pack with a not perfectly centered navaid placement.

You're probably right Cameron.

 

I also had this problem in MSFS when using 3pd scenery add-ons.  

 

Would preferably have to be tested with one of the default airports in XP10 and CAVOK conditions.

Thanks for the videos. They've enticed me enough to want to buy this ACF.  Before doing so, can you please help out with some more info?

(1) I have a CH Products flight sim yoke & Saitek radio/multi/switch panels. Not sure if you have these? Do you know if this ACF plays nicely with this hardware? I have had mixed results with other payware ACF in this regard. For example, Carenado aircraft work very well whilst the SAAB 340A doesn't.

(2) As a rookie simmer still learning the ropes, I am not yet into full cold and dark set ups etc, although one day I hope to reach this advanced level. For the time being, I'm happy enough to manage a smooth take off, engage auto-pilot, navigate to a destination and land successfully using a standard ILS approach.  For this reason, it is possible to set up the 767's FMC by only entering departure/arrival ICAO and one or more waypoints? That is, without it being essential to enter SIDS, STARS, departure/arrival runways, flight level, PAX, fuel etc?

I don't own any CH products so am unable to comment on those specifically. My current setup is a Saitek X52, which works fine.

 

I've never tried a route with departure and destination ICAO's only. However, I do recommend learning about SIDs and STARs as it takes your simming to a new level of realism and immersion. Try the following video which is a quick tutorial for SIDs and STARs:
