Surprise Guest in Flightbeam's KIAD

Recommended Posts

I just had to post this screen shot taken from the control tower at KIAD.  Can't say Die Hard 2 was quite as good as the original, but it wasn't bad. I love FSX Easter eggs!  Thanks Flightbeam!

How in the heck did you find that?  He's in mine, too... Flightbeam sure did a beautiful job with Dulles. I wish they (or someone) would do a nice BWI.

I was just messing around with a new EZCA world cam and was curious what the airport looked like from the control tower!

Was it the tower it puts you in via the Tower Cam (southern most tower at Dulles) or the one in the main terminal?

I heard they put easter eggs in their internal modeling.  Now I'm curious about Denver and SFO.

I'm pretty sure it was the main tower. I did not use the tower cam. I just created an EZCA world cam centered at KIAD and started roaming around.
