737NGX with graphic panel only

I installed 737NGX into P3D v3.1 on a clean system (Win 10 64b),  but I only get the graphic panel and all the clickable areas are absent. Engines are on and don't appear the window where insert the serial number.

Someone could help me? Where i wrong?

I solved the problem by installing in sequence the three versions of Simconnect as described in this post:
