Hi there,

I need some help figuring out Which Graphics card will be best for me running FSX on.

Computer Specs:

AMD 4.7GHZ

2TB Hdd

Radeon R9 270x 2gb

Between the AMD Radeon R9 270x and the GTX750 Ti 2gb.

which Graphics card will FSX run smoothly and better on??

please help

Thanks,

Well from benchmarks the 270X looks superior, but remember those are just numbers. I'm not sure how more recent Radeon cards handle FSX but Nvidia has always been smoother for flight sim on my computers. Unless you are limited to just those two GPUs, an alternative that I'd strongly recommend is looking for a higher-ranged used Nvidia card on eBay. I just sold my GTX670 for $130 on there. Some GTX7xx series cards I see: GTX760 ~$140, GTX770 ~$190+

Sorry that I can't really answer your question directly, but that's just my advice. Let's see what others say

Here's a direct comparison of the two cards you wanted to look at. I would personally get something a little more powerful if I were you.

I'm still running FSX on a GTX 670 myself. The newer 980 Ti's put this old dog to shame.
