reactivation of the GNS combo

Hello Mindstar team,


Exactly one week ago today I sent an e-mail to your support address that I had misplaced my purchase invoice number to activate your GNS software. The following Saturday I found the number, however I still could not install because I had reached the activation limit. I then sent another e-mail to your support address. So far I have not had any response to my e-mails. What do I have to do to get the software activated again?

See your activations were reset this morning at around 10am eastern time U.S. I also see that a reply notifying you was emailed out at that time.
