Help with Triple Monitor Setup / Resolution, etc. Just can't get it right

As I said before, the only fix for this on a 16:9 screen is to move the zoom close to 1.0.

No offense vortex but I'm quite aware of the pros and cons of the options here.

In post #10 I advise the OP that "realistic is up around zoom 1.0"

so why are you telling me about that again?

I also advise him to move his eyepoint back as far as possible yet you tell me again to move my eyepoint back.

Even at 0.6 zoom my 65" TV gives me a Cessna 172 cockpit that is bigger than real life.

1.0 almost doubles that and turns the 172 into a jumbo.

How realistic do you think that is?

As far as I know, there is no magical distortion fix o

Well yes that is what some of us here are talking about:

Well, That looks good to me...

stupid question because I think you answered this already but what screen setup are you using?

3x 32" HD led tv's ( 3x 16:9 ) at 5920 x 1080...

To have a FOV without fisheye effect on a triple monitor view setup you need a zoom of more than 1.00 , probably 1.50-2.00.

But then the scenery distance gets to nearby and way less sharp.

What I am beta testing is the solution for the side distortion.

As you can see on my last 2 screenshots there is no distortion anymore.

The zoom is comparible with 1.00.1.25.

I cannot tell more at this time but it looks great....

Sorry Gerard those screen shots are not very helpful.

You need to get on the ground and show us some buildings etc.

I have 3x 24" and would like to beta test what ever you are testing..  LOL..  When will this be available? Is this software correction? I know you said last one but a shot from inside showing the instrument panel would really show just how well this setup works!

EDIT: after reading your other post I see, a few months...  I guess I can wait a few months.
