No, there is an incident - on You TUbe I think - of a naval technician getting sucked into the engine of an A7 (I think), but his belt got caught on part of the inner frame and he survived with bruises. It was on the deck of an aircraft carrier...

There is a genuine YouTube video of a naval deckhand getting pulled into the intake of an A6 intruder. Fortunately, he survived the incident, as he did not reach the spinning fan. There is also a video containing still photos of the extremely gruesome aftermath of a mechanic who was pulled into the engine of a Continental 737 in El Paso in 2006. That was definitely a fatal accident.

 

However there is a clip that purports to show the recent Air India incident where a ground crewman was pulled into the engine of an A319 at Mumbai. The incident was real, but the video clip is completely fake.

I thought something like that can not happen. Mid last year i had nearly such an accident. We just arrived @ our parking spot. I still had both engines running as we waited for a ground power unit to be connected to the aircraft. I saw a loader guy running towards the lefthand engine to place a saftey cone in front of it. I stiopped the engine right away hopping it would stop soon. Anyway the loader guy got stopped by another one standing next to him. He was as close aas about 5 meters from the engine. It was his second birthday. He was new in his job and undersetimated the danger area. These things happens quick. The aircraft was an Embraer 195.
