A tad expensive upgrade. Darn 50 Euro's for both FSX and P3D (appr. 25 EUR for either FSX or P3D)....

We haven't increased our prices for a long time - against a 30% drop in the value of our core currency (Euro). Our workload has doubled due to the sophistication of features to upgrade. We have two separate sims and P3d requires quite a lot of separate coding. Our website bandwidth costs have doubled in the last year and our download bandwidth has nearly doubled because of catering for two different sims. In real terms our products are cheaper than they were five years ago. We are significantly cheaper than some other quality developers. For those in Europe, 20% VAT goes straight to the government. We do not see a penny.

Best Wishes,

If you divide the upgrade price by 301 kts what does it cost per knot? I'm level at 12,500 feet, OAT -6C and I have a TAS of exactly 301 kts according to the tooltip readout. Neat. I may be here a while because I loaded up the large bottle of Oxygen. Wheeeee. New turbo purrrrs like a kitten with a little whine.

Hi Rob,

Can I buy the upgrade if my v1 was purchased from simMarket?

The prices are more than fair for the countless hours of hard work that gets put into RealAir's products.

+1  I just finishing reading the manual and it looks like a lot of tedious tweaking to make sure she flies right. Adding new features like sounds, turbo and other goodies to make flying the Legacy enjoyable. I have push the PayPal button for me to enjoy Sean's and Rob's hard work.

I am desperately waiting for the "normal" Duke. It's announced but seems not to arrive ...

The Legacy Legacy optional Mexican Navy repaint works great w/V2 with a touch of paying attention to the sim name. I used a manual install and it works great in P3Dv2.5.

Only if you choose to fine tune. RealAir must have spend a lot of time getting the default settings just like I like them. It is so easy to get the big picture with the settings and the box explains it right next to the slider.

I also read the book from to front to back, good thing I'm a speed reader.

I started off with mostly default settings, other than adding dual GTN750s and the large O2 bottle. Added the Mexican Navy livery while I was cruising at 301 knots and changed a tail number to my liking. Opened up each new livery to see the interior color combinations, almost ran out of gas, but the flashing WARN on the engine monitor and the Master Warning got my attention in time to find an airborne tanker.

I turned off my oxygen to see the affect. I could hear my labored breathing increase almost immediately, everything starting getting gradually darker, I sure I would have ended up with tunnel vision soon enough. I flipped the O2 switch back On and sure enough, my breathing starting sounding a little more normal and in a few minutes the near darkness was replaced with early morning sunshine. I moved the Pilot Fitness slider to the left but 'Un Fit' just doesn't sound right, maybe 'a little out of shape, or slight fat, but not unfit. I moved it back to right past Average to FIT. Yea, that's me, Fit as a fiddle, as my grandpa used to say.  Good job. RA.

Love the turbo performance and new wind sounds.

I broke my flaps just to hear the sounds. Perfect.

Loving it.

I spammed a bunch of shots in the SS forum

Mainly I'm happy to have it in P3D v3 - I've left FSX (except for testing purposes) and P3D v2 behind.  P3D v3 and XP10 for me!
