Ok, there goes any question of what to fly tonight......

Credit card at the ready!

Seriously pumped that this finally got a proper P3D ready release, best feeling aircraft I've ever bought.

  • I can't remember when I had hair, except on my back.   Ray

  • Very nice. I added the Mexican Navy paint also. At first, I thought maybe you were the beta tester/model for the pilot, but a closer look and I see he has a full head of hair. Ray

  • I think that's Rob - yeah my hair is going away by the minute.  My 7 mo old son has more hair HAHA!

Great looking pictorial and repaints Ryan!

Try Airplane=3 in the F1GTN.ini file for a better little airplane on the GTN screen.

Sweet - that XRAY looks like a mod of the Australian VH version...  which I actually have a pic of the real one hehe.

Just update...  I'm on my way to updating some of Ron's awesome v1 paints for v2 interior compatibility.  I forgot some gauges were added in the v2 Legacy so I had to re-arrange most of the interior VC paints and I added new callsign placards.  The placards aren't beautiful by any means, but they do work at night too.

The ones I've done so far are

N33RH (Rons)

N41VR (mine)

N23LF (Ron's)

N913MP (Ron's)

If you want to use any of those paints in v2 just PM me and I can resend the updated files.

I'm planning on doing N992C, N513TM, N138A, N151PT, and N10ZR

Yep, X-Ray is one of Ron's work with a flight sim number. I fly it often as V1 so I just brought it up to date for V2.

Are you using the V2 panels as the basis for bringing the V1 Legacy exterior repaints up to V2 level? Make sure you check the O2 sysystem are and the new NAV/GPS switch area when done. V2 changed that area of the panel.

Yeah that's what I mean... I've had to redo all the VC files basically. Also there are no more texture.VC black grey etc folders... So I had to find out where the new VC interior colors are and path them properly with the texture fallback.

Someone told me to be careful using the texture fallback cfg file as the pointer for the interiors when in P3Dv2/3 because it can get screwed up and screw up other things, duh. That is probably why Sean did not use that method in P3D with V2. This is evidently not a problem with FSX or Steam.

Oh - I actually am using the fallback info

It seems to be working fine here. Who told you it might not work?

Only in P3D is there a problem.

Nice liveries..where can I get them? any ideas?

I see some of the liveries in our libraries.. these are for FSX earlier version... I guess they work with this new one for P3D V3.1?
