We have not had a forum since we started 15 years ago. We do respond to general comments on public forums but our support is one to one via email and our customers appreciate our quick response and bespoke assistance. You can drop me a line anytime and provided I am not asleep you'll normally get a reply within 4 hours and often less than one hour.
