FIRST OFFICER DISPLAY

Hello

 

I have noticed that the First officer displays ( PFD,NDs &CDU) are blank, althoug they do display if I centre click them.  I expect that I have turned them off but I cannot find how to turn them back on.  I have tried to adjust settings in the PMDG SETUP OPTIONS  even tried to selt PMDG default setting but no joy/

 

What have I missed?  where and how can I turn the displays on again?.
